Zab Judah, a Hall of Fame boxer and undisputed six-time world champion, is a co-founder of the Chargers, bringing a vision of mentorship and the transformative power of athletics to the organization.

The leadership is further enhanced by legendary former NFL player Reggie Bush, a Super Bowl champion with the New Orleans Saints and a Heisman Trophy winner from USC. Renowned for his explosive speed and versatility, Bush is celebrated for his strong running style and ability to perform under pressure.

Together, this remarkable leadership team is committed to providing world-class mentorship to the youth of Los Angeles, leveraging sports as a powerful means of empowerment, discipline, and opportunity.
